SIZE CHANGE is possible within 7 days from the date the item was delivered. Size replacement is still subject to stock availability. 

Please ensure that the item and all packaging and inserts are intact before returning them.  The customer shall shoulder the shipping fee (back & forth) for any exchanges of unused items. 

Items purchased at a discounted price such as “SALE” are final and are not applicable for returns and/or exchanges.

For damages due to factory defects, please message us on Instagram or Facebook within 3 days or as soon as you receive the product and provide photos with a description of the defect.  All returns and exchanges are still subject to review and actual inspection of the item. We do not fix used items for free due to wear and tear.
