Our Step-In platform-style sandals are reminiscent of our favored thongs when we were kids. Made from lightweight rubber or cork, our old Tsinelas served as a door-stopper, shooter (for tumbang preso), and/or a floatation device. 

Moreover, cut-out parts of a run-down sole are used by carpenters as make-shift sanding blocks. The resourcefulness of every Filipino is seen in our good, old, well-worn thongs that come in various shapes and diverse styles. Our new cushy platform thong is now a whole new vibe in the Tsinelas scene.
